Abstract: In the context of globalization, the spread of culture through the diffusion of information has influenced different countries and people. The important channels of various globalization platforms play an important mission. The soft power of the Chinese culture on the platform of global governance through various forms of operation, combined with the global mechanisms of governance, highlights the far-reaching influence and a sense of mission. The soft power makes close interactions and cooperation with the global community and institutions. This article studies the soft power of Chinese culture to observe the rise of China. I explore (1) what soft power is and its relationship with culture; (2) what the Chinese culture is from the perspective of soft power; (3) the development of China's soft power through interactions with other countries; (4) the rise of China and its contribution to world development.
